Milch is an application for milk agents (Milk collectors from farmers) to manage their daily activities of customers milk entries through online and go for paperless works.

Background

The actual milk collectors will buy milk from direct farmers / villages on daily basis. And they transport to nearest milk dairy(s). Milk collectors usally called as Milk Agents.

Payment goes to customers from Milk Agents usally in two methods

Method: 1 - Daily and on the go payment

In this method, milk agents will pay the cost of milk to customers instantaneously. Calculation of payments goes with manual process using calculators. This will be a time consuming process when number of customers are more a time and difficult to manage.

Method: 2 - Periodic payment

In this method, milk agents will collect the milk from customers on daily basis. But the payment will be done once a periodic like monthly/weekly.

So in this method milk agents are required to note down customer and milk details (quantity, quality) once they purchase milk from customer daily.
